Toonalook Terraces

Place of many fish

Place of many fish

A proposed place to live, work, and take in the views over McMillan Straits, located between The Pub and Gilsenan Reserve. With plans for 30 apartments comprising 1,2,3 and 4 bedrooms, Toonalook Terraces includes 2 spaces for local health and hospitality operators, plus plenty of parking for cars and bikes. Designed by Laruelle Baranyay Architects, a shared rooftop garden and large landscaped terraces are intended to bring the great outdoors in, while solar panels and rainwater tanks help us all do our bit. Situated a stones throw from The Esplanade, with parklands on your front door step for the kids, dogs, and kids at heart, Toonalook Terraces represents what we love most about Paynesville. We hope you like them too.
